The $299/year plan is the basic tier. Each agent can handle up to 100 concurrent conversations, conversation history is retained for 90 days, anti-blocking for overseas links is supported, and you can bind up to 2 custom domains.
Best for: Small visitor volume, mostly overseas visitors, wanting to try the paid version.
$499/agent/year
The $499/year plan includes significant upgrades: conversations support "Recall", "Read Receipts", and "Translation" features. Translation uses AI models (e.g., GPT). Each agent can handle up to 200 concurrent conversations. Includes 3 disposable links per agent seat for trial use, and up to 20 custom domain bindings.
Best for: Medium visitor volume, visitors from diverse regions, businesses with their own domains to bind.
$799/agent/year
The $799/year plan builds on the $499 tier with further upgrades: up to 500 concurrent conversations per agent, 100 custom domain binding slots, China mainland acceleration, unlimited disposable link rotation (each channel link can generate a new link every 8 hours), and AI-powered chatbot service to help businesses improve agent efficiency and reduce costs.
Best for: High visitor volume, heavy agent workload, China mainland acceleration needs, frequent link rotation required.
